Why is my fridge reading 50, if I touch the up or down arrow nothing happens, the fridge is only a couple of years old?

It sounds like the unit has accidentally been changed from Celsius to Fahrenheit, as 50°F is around 10°C. In the user manual it explains how to change this.

• To change it back to Celsius, press and hold the light/temperature symbol for approximately 3-5 seconds.
• To then adjust the temperature using the up/down arrows, you’ll need to hold the setting buttons for around 5 seconds until the control panel beeps. Once it beeps, the panel will be unlocked and you’ll be able to make changes as normal.
